This is easy to make and feeds them when they want to snack plus it has quite a lot of fruit in it Whoop whoop – give it a go.
Turn oven 180c grease and line a 1kg loaf tin.
Mash the bananas and lemon juice together to make a paste
cream the butter and sugar in a separate bowl
whisk the eggs and pinch of salt, fold in the flour.
Stir in the bananas and dried fruit.
Pour the mixture into loaf tin and bake for 60 minutes. test with a skewer – poke skewer in the middle of cake. Its cooked if it comes out clean.
Serve warm and buttered its yummy and your kids with love it!
